You send me a headcount and preferred date
I confirm space requirements (10x10 ft minimum), discuss background and style preferences, and send a prep guide for your team. We pick a date and I block it on the calendar.
I arrive and set up the studio
Professional backdrop, lights, and camera are set up in a conference room or open office space. Setup takes about 30 minutes and requires no disruption to your team.
5-10 minutes per person on set
Each team member steps in, I direct the session, and they're done in under 10 minutes. I work through your team in the order that fits your schedule - by department, by availability, however works best.
I pack up and you're back to normal
Teardown takes 20-30 minutes. Your office is back to normal before your afternoon meetings start.

Mid-size (10-24 people) and large team (25+ people) sessions are priced on a custom basis with volume discounts - reach out with your headcount for a quote. All pricing includes setup, teardown, professional retouching, and individual gallery delivery per team member.
A 10x10 foot clear space is the minimum - a conference room, open office area, or lobby works well. The setup includes a backdrop stand and two lights, all on stands. Ceiling height of at least 8 feet is ideal. I'll confirm the space requirements during booking and can advise on the best location in your office if you're not sure.
Each person takes 5-10 minutes on set. Add 30 minutes for setup and 20-30 minutes for teardown. A team of 10 typically takes about 2.5 hours total from arrival to departure. A team of 25 typically takes a half day. I'll give you a time estimate based on your headcount when you book so you can schedule your team accordingly.

The best approach is to schedule a makeup session for anyone who misses the main day - either a follow-up on-site visit or an individual session at a convenient time. For remote employees, I can coordinate individual sessions when they're in the Indianapolis office, or recommend photographers in their city who can match the look.
