For team bookings of 5 or more people, on-site at your Indianapolis office is almost always the right choice - I bring professional lighting and backdrop equipment and your team stays in the building. A full-day conference typically produces 300-600 edited images. Half-day events typically yield 150-300 images. Every usable image from the event is included - I don't arbitrarily limit gallery size.

No travel fees for locations within 50 miles of Indianapolis. Travel fees apply for locations beyond 50 miles. I regularly serve Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenwood, Bloomington, Lafayette, and Fort Wayne with no travel surcharge.

Standard delivery is within 24-48 hours for headshot sessions and event photography. Same-day delivery is available for sessions with active social or press needs - just mention it when booking. Rush delivery within a few hours is available for urgent situations.

Via a private online gallery. You receive full-resolution files ready for print and digital use, plus web-optimized exports ready to post without additional processing. Gallery links are easy to share with your team or stakeholders.

Professional retouching on all headshots includes removing stray hairs, whitening teeth, minimizing blemishes, reducing under-eye bags, and optimizing lighting and contrast for a polished, natural result. The goal is always a photo that looks like you on your best day - not an obviously edited version of you.

Gallery links remain active for a minimum of 90 days. Download your files promptly after delivery - we recommend backing them up to your own storage immediately.

Yes. All photos come with full commercial usage rights. You can use them on your website, LinkedIn, press kits, marketing materials, annual reports, job postings, internal communications, conference materials, and anywhere else your professional presence appears. No licensing fees, no restrictions, no expiration.

Yes. Individual employees can use their headshots on their personal LinkedIn profiles, professional bios, speaker pages, and any other personal professional use. Full usage rights apply to both the company and the individual.

No commercial restrictions. The one standard condition is that photos not be resold or licensed to third parties as stock photography. All other professional business uses are permitted without limitation.

Fill out the contact form with your service type, approximate headcount or event scope, and preferred dates. I respond within 24 hours with availability and a quote. A deposit confirms the booking.

Individual headshot sessions typically book within 1-2 weeks. Team sessions need 1-2 weeks lead time for scheduling coordination. Event photography should be booked as early as possible - spring and fall conference season fills quickly. For urgent needs, reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Reschedules are accommodated when possible with reasonable advance notice.

For outdoor sessions, weather-related reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis with no penalty. Most headshot sessions are conducted indoors and are unaffected by weather. Event photography proceeds regardless of weather unless the event itself is cancelled.

Yes. Recurring session agreements are available for Indianapolis companies that need quarterly or semi-annual on-site headshot days to keep pace with new hires. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and preferred rates. Contact us to discuss a recurring arrangement.
